At GreaTransport, we strive to provide you, our valued customer, with a door-to-door transport experience that is safe, reliable, and convenient. This policy aims to inform you of our practices and standards to ensure your satisfaction and comfort throughout the transportation process.
Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our ticket cancellation policy is non-refundable non-reschedulable. By purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge that, in the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because when you reserve your seat in the vehicle, we refrain from selling that seat to other customers due to logistical and timing considerations. By agreeing to purchase your ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the passenger whose name is listed on the original ticket.

The individual purchasing a ticket must provide accurate and correct information regarding the pickup and destination addresses, which must fall within the specified pickup and destination cities listed on the ticket. If this information is incorrect, the driver will not pick up the individual, resulting in the loss of their trip without refund or the option to file a claim.

It is the passenger's responsibility to be ready 5 minutes prior to the vehicle's arrival at the designated point. The driver may wait for a maximum of 5 minutes; after this period, it will be considered that the passenger did not comply with the policy and will not be eligible for a ticket refund.
Pricing and Tax information Policy

The only method to purchase travel tickets will be through the website. Additional charges, such as federal and regional taxes, as well as extra fees for the systems utilized in the service, will be clearly specified.
Passenger Boarding Responsibility Policy

For security purposes, passengers must present their identification credentials to verify that they are of legal age and confirm the details of their tickets. Additionally, they must either print or have the QR code on their mobile phone or computer, which is sent to their email after purchasing the ticket.

We maintain a strict policy of zero tolerance towards smoking, including vaping and marijuana, in or around any of our cars.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs, alcohol, weapons, verbal or physical abuse directed towards other passengers or staff, and any disruptive behavior. This policy extends to our vehicles. Failure to comply with this rule will result in passengers being asked to leave the Vehicles. No refund or rescheduling will be offered if a passenger is asked to leave for the above reasons. Additionally, such passengers will be prohibited from using our services.

Being in an intoxicated state or emitting a strong smell of alcohol or drugs that may disturb other passengers in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability Policy

We are not liable for delays or service cancellations resulting from force majeure situations, including adverse weather conditions, road closures, accidents, and any other factors beyond the direct control of the company.

GreatTransport's liability for any loss, damage, or injury shall not exceed the ticket price.

GreaTransport does not accept trips for individuals with health issues due to the potential risks during the journey. GreaTransport does not assume responsibility for any health-related accidents.

The route must remain within the perimeter of the origin and destination cities; deviations to distant locations are not permitted.
Pet Policy

GreaTransport welcomes pets onboard, provided that the pet has a calm temperament and does not exhibit any aggressive behavior or cause any physical or material damage to individuals or the vehicle in general. The owner of the pet is 100% responsible in the event of misbehavior by their pet and must assume any damages caused. Pets must travel in an appropriate cage or carrier, sized to fit within the dimensions of the vehicle seat, and the owner must purchase a ticket for the pet's seat.
Child Politice

You accept and understand, without any prejudice, that children under the age of 16 may only travel accompanied by a responsible guardian. GreaTransport does not accept unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 to travel.

Passengers acknowledge and agree that children will pay the regular ticket price for occupying a seat without the right to claim refunds.

Passengers under the age of 8, or weighing between 18-36 kg (40-80 lb), or measuring under 145 cm (4 ft 9 in) tall, are required to use a booster seat. Toddlers weighing between 9-18 kg (20-40 lb) must use a forward-facing child car seat, while babies/infants weighing up to 9 kg (20 lb) must be placed in a rear-facing child car seat. We kindly request passengers to make prior arrangements before the day of travel to ensure suitable accommodation for those requiring booster seats or child car seats.
Personal Hygiene Policy

We expect all passengers to uphold a basic level of personal cleanliness to ensure the comfort and health of everyone on board. This includes, but is not limited to:​

Being free from strong and offensive body odors.

c. Wearing clean clothing free from strong odors or heavy soiling.

Enforcement: GreaTransport staff reserves the right to deny boarding or service to individuals who do not meet the above personal hygiene standards. Such decisions will be made with discretion, sensitivity, and respect, with the comfort and safety of all passengers in mind.
Baggage Policy

The passenger acknowledges and understands that they may bring one carry-on suitcase measuring "22 x 14 x 9". If the size of the passenger's suitcase exceeds these dimensions and the vehicle does not have sufficient space, the suitcase will not be able to travel. The passenger is fully aware that they may lose their trip without refund if they fail to comply with the rule, at the discretion of the driver and the vehicle's space availability.
